HERO BOARD
Let's have a look at the hero board.
You can access the hero board from the activity tab and scroll down.
Then click on the section hero board.
You'll then see a ranking of those people who have been training most recently, the rank order always reflects training done in the current month.
When you click on global, you'll see everyone who's been training wherever they are.
When you click on friends, you'll see which of your friends have been training most recently, you can also see who's been most active this month, and here's where you can start to make friends.
When you click on most active, most recent in the global ranking, you can scroll through and you can send friend requests.
You'll only be able to send friend requests to people you see in the list.
So, a top tip here is to click back frequently.
The more often you check in to see who's been training, the more you'll see people who aren't currently your friends, but who you can send a friend request to.
Once the friend request has been sent, your request will appear here if your friend accepted.
