The app keeps a record of all the training that you've done to see your training history.
Click on the history tab.
The graph will show you all the training you've done in the last seven days.
And to do that, you would click on week, or if you want to see all the activity you've done since you started, click on all.
In the table below you can see all of your activities individually.
If you're not comfortable with anything, maybe you want to change the duration, you can click into the exercise that you did and change it from in there.
You can change the date.
You can edit the notes.
You can change the duration and save changes here.
If you want to delete the exercise entirely, simply click delete this exercise.
